Bought for a friend who is a self-confessed coffee snob but also has problems with her hands so cannot use the more complex bean to cup machines. She is THRILLED with it! Most importantly of course, it makes a tasty cup of coffee but, for her, it is just as important that it is easy to use and clean - which it is. It was a Christmas present whilst she was staying with us so had time to 'play'with it(i.e. learn how to use it). The house filled with a delicious smell of coffee each morning when she learned how to set the timer to provide her with a hot cuppa...and a reason to get out of bed! I personally can't believe how reasonably priced this machine is. If it continues to serve her as successfully as it has done so far then we heartily recommend it to anyone who is a coffee connoiseur but doesn't want to or isn't able to clear out the piggy bank. Also for those who find it difficult to use more complex machines but want to enjoy 'proper' coffee. Big thumbs up from here!

5 stars for both the machine and the delivery. Ordered Monday and it was delivered the next day. You can use either beans or ground coffee choosing 1 of 3 coffee strengths, set the timer and it's lovely to wake up to freshly ground coffee in the morning. It's really simple to use and clean and makes lovely hot coffee. Overall i'm really happy

Good for the money. Once it was set up to what we need every day,it's quick to operate. Have to adjust for visitors so got to get the book out again then 😅 Makes a lovely cup of coffee Looks smart

brilliant little machine. looks good and small enough to sit on counter top.makes a good cup of coffee quickly and soo quietly. easily customisable to your strength taste. easy to clean. i really cannot fault this machine. better than the expensive machines i've had. first one i'm happy to use early morning without waking the whole household. incredible for the price. longevity?we will see. but spares appear readily available.

Purchased this and I am not disappointed. Makes perfect coffees and I have had several machines that I did not get on with. Great price and really happy

Decent bean to cup, and cheap compared to a lot of other options. Good capacity been using for over a year, some areas can be awkward to clean but it mostly comes apart to get to everything you need to.

Steer clear unless you want weak coffee. I bought this to replace a much smaller machine. The selling point was the bean to cup option. The thing starts up like a mental motorbike. I dont know where they get the quiet sticker idea from but someone is having a laugh. It roughly grates the beans and the blades are about as much use as blunt butter knives. This means that the water doesn't permeate all the coffee so you end up with a carafe of weak coffee. I ditched my other one and threw it out. The idea was to avoid mess with an independent bean grinder. Ive now resorted to using that electric grinder as its much more quieter than this behemoth of a machine which defeats the object of getting it. i will eventually spend a decent amount of money on a more expensive and well built one. This will get you by as a coffee machine - but as I say the grinder is utter 💩 and you won't be getting a "quiet" coffee at 5.30am in the morning - this bloody thing going WILL wake the neighbours up and probably the whole household. If you have no machine then this will do but if you're upgrading avoid this rubbish and spend good money for a decent bean to cup one of which this isn't. it's also true about not keeping the coffee warm the 40 minute claim is a load of 🐎💩. UPDATE: The carafe over fills due to the speed of the water gushing out. Fire hazard as this fills the hot plate up with water. I have now been refunded the price of this and have been advised to throw it away which I will do with pleasure. Avoid this item at ALL costs.

Säljaren var inte bra på att skicka information till köparen. Säljaren lämnade felaktiga uppgifter. ( När säljaren skrivit att produkten är leverade och det var falsk). Säljaren visade ingen erfarenhet av frakt.( När säljaren skrivit att produkten åter tillbaka till säljaren för att den väger mycket).

The machine arrived promptly and after some research online in YouTube, mastered using the machine. Little bit of guess work to get it started but all in all good. In my opinion it would help to use a decent brand of coffee beans, not just 'own brands' from Coles, Woolworths and Aldi. What is not clearly explained is the amount of beans to use. I started out 1 scoop (provided) per cup but this was very strong. I settled on 1 per 2 cups or one per mug. A kilo of beans will set you back (Vitoria) about $25. This will last more than a month or two depending on how many cups you drink a day. We are heavy coffee drinkers and were spending about $10 a day on coffee shop purchases as well as Moccona and others top-ups when back home. The coffee 'bill' annualised was in excess of $5,000. Now we will be around about $350. The machine at less than $300 makes perfect sense. Great machine, highly recommended and if you like freshly ground coffee, and a pot that stays piping hot all day, you can't go wrong.

I bought this 2 times. First one's carafe had been broken and I used something else to replace it as I couldn't find the original carafe. After while the machine had been broken as I didn't use orginal carafe. Second one's carafe is broken now, I asked to the company for original carafe. It has been 2 months they didn't reach out me. And I'm looking a carafe that I can use with it. It's like a cycle that you need to follow when you buy this machine unless the brand starts to sell parts on Amazon.
