I really couldn’t breathe when I had this on it did offer a lot of support and I guess if I would stick with it, it would work, but it wasn’t worth it to me I’d rather be comfortable

I wanted something to support me after my delivery and I finally found this one. I love the support it gives my back but it bends after time using it. I tried to unbend it but it seems to be permanent; I will attempt to wash it and see if that works.

It is hard to wrap up yourself and if you’re heavier or have a stomach, parts of your stomach can pop out if not wrapped correctly. Also, it pushes up all of your extra fat so you’ll then become top heavy.

The media could not be loaded.  Honestly, I do enjoy this waist trainer. However it is very long so I do have to meticulously wrap it so it does not look bulky. THE BENEFIT to the length is that I can chose where I want my wrap to give me greater support. In addition to that I love how you can wrap it to your own comfort level so you’re not restricted to different levels with other trainers. Lastly, there is no spine which I’ve struggled with other trainers…I have lordosis so I would always bend to the point where they break.

To tuck in my stomach

This waist trainer is everything I thought it would be. It helps to accentuate my waist as well as condition my posture. Is it comfortable? That depends on how tight you wrap it around yourself. But for maximum cinch, you may have to wrap it a bit tighter. This can be uncomfortable after awhile. When I wore it for the first time with my maxi dress, the CURVES WERE CURVING! It gave me a great shape! For the price, its a winner!

I like the length of it for adjustments.Not only did I use it as a waist trainer I fell asleep on my recliner and the way that I fell asleep my back was not supported so I woke-up with pain in my lower back. I used the waist trainer as a brace for my lower back and kept it on all day and overnight and by the next day my back was good to go and I was able to wear my high heels.

My negative review on this is the horrible smell. Other than that, I like it.

UPDATED: So I do love the shape it gives, really defines my waist, and improves my hour glass look. And you don't need help from anyone, however to get that desired look (1st photo), it was extremely tight and not very comfortable at all, unlike its described, but after a few tries, making it a little looser, I got it to be comfortable enough and still looked nice (last pic). So originally I was thinking to keep this, however I tried it under my clothes and realised that the end of the belt sticks out, I don't know how anyone wears this under their clothes without it showing.

Honestly I was so nervous to buy this because… I haven’t had the best relationship with shapewear BUT THIS OMG!!!! I’m a uk size 18 and it snatches me up to the gods !! You just have to figure out how to adjust it to yourself and boom amazing asf

Before and after photos attached. This is the belt I've been looking for! It gives you the hour glass look and tucks everything in nicely. My only concern would be sitting in it.

It’s everything and more. Gone through soo much waist trainers and I must say, I won’t be buying any more. I’m sure we‘ve all had that problem of waist trainers being uncomfortable, or poking the stomach or it rolling down. This waist trainer does none of that and I’m soo happy. It’s soo good I wear this throughout my 10 hour shift. Even when you sit down it’s extremely comfortable! If your looking at this product do not hesitate to buy. Going to wear this for a whole month everyday and will be back with an update xx

I was hesitant to buy this product given the price fact that I had ordered one from another Amazon Seller and was left extremely disappointed. But I am pretty glad that I decided to give this seller a chance and try out the product. I received it yesterday and today I put it on and OH MY GOD!!!! it does wonders!!!! Ladies if you are looking for the one that ressemble the one from all these Instagrams posts, THIS IS IT!!! the companies that these IG influencers are promoting are selling it for double the price, give this one a try and you won't regret!!!
