I recommend a “chirp wheel” if you’re looking to crack your back. I got mine here on Amazon. This is more for releasing tension/stretching the spine and muscles in the lower back area.

Is there any difference in the two RestCloud back stretchers, the shell style vs the one with nodes, as far as purpose and results go?

The two I bought both had the nodes and similar functionality.

Hi, it’s memory foam. I cannot imagine it being a suffocation hazard, but is it toxic? If you burn it and inhale the burning products it’s toxic, but all plastics and polymers are. Do you have any cork in your home? Those produce cyanide gas when they burn. I love this thing. It’s been the best for my back. I bought one for my daughter.
