I have not lost a pound.
I feel like I have been scammed. If you are on fb you will see celebrities and the Shark Tank crew praising this product. It comes in different colors as well as packaging but basically the same ingredients. It does not work. To make sure I ordered twice and experimented. It does not work.Not only did I pay for a product that I feel is a scam but I still weigh the same.

Agree with other purchasers, This product is just overpriced candy! It's mainly sugar - absolutely nothing Keto about them. No health benefits whatsoever. Hum, Have I been duped?
Not sure about this product so far? I started taking it on January 01, 2023 but haven’t seen any results? I’ve been working out as well and watching what I eat and stop eating at 6:00 pm in the evening, but I’m still at the same weight as a matter of fact, I’ve even put on a couple of pounds, so I’m not convinced about this product, as of yet? I did purchase four month supply of it. so we’ll see?

I gained 5 lbs the month I used them. Even though I ate smaller portions and healthier! Don’t waste your money.

Must take regularly
I didn’t take them regularly at 1st so not surprisingly didn’t see any results. Once I began taking as directed, and working out regularly I started to notice results. Was it the gummies? The working out? A combo of both? Yeah probably.
