Sturdy divided plates
I bought these to help with portion control. The visual created by the dividers is great to help with eating more vegetables and salads.These are dishwasher safe and very sturdy. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Love these plates
I love the portion size of these plates. It is easier to make sure you are getting the portion sizes you need for meat, carbs, vegetables and not overfilling your plate. Husband even likes using them. Dishwasher safe. Definitely recommend.

Kids stole them
Nice sturdy plates. They are easy to clean and great for a meal plan I follow that focuses on different portions of a whole for different meals. My Girls tend to steal them because they are great for keeping their food from touching!
