I have bought this regularly as few times and will continue to do so. It gives you the boost you need to workout, without caffeine, so ideal for afternoon/evenings.

For medical reasons, I can't have much caffeine anymore so have tried a few different caffeine free pre workouts.Honestly this is by far the best. Great taste, and lasts throughout my 2 ish hour workout. I'm a bit bigger so I normally 1 and a half scoops but that gives me an perfect dose.Even came with some little freebies.Hope they ask me to be a product tester to get some more 😂

would if given 5 as the pre work out is great but the shaker is not so good the metal ring breaks off the plastic and falls off and ive had 2 of them now and both the plastic has cracked and made them unusable

I don’t feel the boost as much as pre workouts with caffeine, however needed something stim free to use in the evenings that didn’t keep me awake at night. The taste is amazing, one of the nicest I’ve tried. It’s also kind of fizzy which I like.

Needed a non-stim pre-workout for the evening gym, does the job pretty well.I get that "itch" and focus that I normally get from pre-workout but I can also sleep like a baby at night.The bottle is nice too, I don't use it as a protein shaker though.
