Works well, small learning curve.
Took a can or two to really learn how to best use, but one box of 24 was enough to insulate my 200 square foot shed. And so far it seems to be working well. I would recommend using your own eye protection however, the glasses they provide will not help if you are spraying a ceiling. Use goggles that go over your eyes completely.

Poor Customer Service
We bought 12 cans of this foam. 4 of the cans do not work. We have been trying to get a refund. Getting the run-around from Amazon because it is a 3rd party seller. Seller will not respond. Next step is to dispute the charges. This is way too expensive to have a defective product.

Easy application. Not too messy. Not smelly.
I did a bit of research before purchasing this kit. My application was an outside wall in an old house that I ripped the plaster and lathe off. The underlying surface was uneven, thin, and not very conducive to using batting or sheets. This product was easy to apply, not very messy, and there was very little odor and none once it started to dry.All of the cans I received were viable but I used them the same day they were delivered.

Hard to use on a roof or ceiling, mixed cans, dead cans
I purchased 2 full 12 can kits with guns, and one extra 12 pack. I planned to insulate a metal building roof. One of the sets of 12 cans was completely solid. Unusable as the product was either too old or not forumulated right. When you buy these, immediately open and shake them. You should hear the contents moving inside. If you don't, return them.Very little by way of instruction. Most of this is on the can. One thing I noticed was that best results are when you move quickly and use the full trigger...wide open. I used the "A" tip for a fan pattern left and right. One thing I noticed is that there is a limit to the angle that you can spray upwards. Since the can sits upside down on the gun, you cannot tilt too much to point straight up or you'll just release propellant. So I ended up spraying the ceiling at a 60 degree angle. Not too bad, but not ideal. I started to get the hang of it.The biggest surprise was that halfway thru this job, the color of the foam changed! Now I have white and purple foam! Wild! Perhaps I should care, but the OCD part of me will pull my hair out, so now when finished I will spray the ceiling white. Ugh.THE BOTTOM LINE: If you plan to DIY a vertical surface, this product can do quite well if you are just a bit handy. Buy all of your product at once, and verify that the cans are good (shake them). Finally, if I had to do a ceiling again, I would use the Part A, Part B cylinders with the hoses running to a gun. This way I would have omnidirectional ability to spray straight up if i wanted.
