My flip flop had a fight with some loose carpet and my foot and ankle paid the price, swelled up like an elephant foot. Started using this yesterday evening and my foot feels so much better, the cream has added eucalyptus and peppermint which I didn’t see before I bought, buts it’s a really nice cooling addition especially as so hot at the moment. Yes I recommend.

I do feel like this works to reduce bruising but must be used early and often. I had a really bad bruise from gym on my leg and this stopped it from getting blue and the mark was much less noticeable and went quicker!Don’t think it helps with pain though but does make bruises look much better. I bruise easily and they look awful and stay for a long time so I use this as soon as I see one and apply about 3/4 times a day for a few days then a couple of time a day for a couple of weeks and it does help a lot.Smells nice to me - minty and medicinal almost!I would recommend.

Wasn’t convinced but decided to try it. Glad I did! I suffer from tendonitis in my hands and don’t want to use pain killers all the time. This works great and seems to reduce swelling as well. Will get a bigger size now I know it works.

Excellent product does the job well

Slipped on stairs and had the worst busing I’ve ever seen. Bought this cream two days after and wish I’d had it from day one. The cooling gel really was so soothing on such a tender injury, the scent is very light and doesn’t linger too long. But most of all the darkest purple bruise ever was nearly invisible a week later. I only applied twice a day and could see the improvement each day. It’s worth the higher price tag than the kind you get at Boots - this cream is more concentrated so it really works well. Plus, my skin was never softer!!

I bought this product because I was looking for a good quality arnica product.I didn’t realise that it was going to smell so overwhelmingly of eucalyptus and peppermint oil at the time, and I wouldn’t have bought it if I had known this.I know that eucalyptus and peppermint oils are used in sports and body products and it’s that, that gives it’s cooling sensation.I have used arnica on small children in the past for bumps and bruises from being at play school and then school, but I wouldn’t use this because of the peppermint and eucalyptus oils.Unfortunately on the tube the company hasn’t specified exactly what ingredients they have used and I know certain aromatherapy oils shouldn’t be used on small children. Because there isn’t a definitive ingredient guide I can’t double check that I could use this on a child safely?I am happy to use it on myself, but I really wanted a fragrance free product.I have given it 3 stars because I didn’t know it was going to smell so strong and due to that, I wouldn’t use it if I was going out. Also that it doesn’t list it’s ingredients on the product except saying it has 35% organic arnica, if it’s going to contain other ingredients I would like to know what they are to make sure I use it age appropriately!

Absolute god send! I have fibromyalgia and this really helps to take a lot of the pain off my joints and muscles when they are particularly bad and cool them down at the same time. It is my go to to for most aches and pains! Highly recommend.

J'aime la texture, la couleur crème , et l'odeur légère ( eucalyptus et menthe poivrée ).Pénètre bien.Apporte un soulagement sur une main gonflée après une sérieuse blessure nécessitant des points de suture.En deux applications la main est bien moins congestionnée .Très satisfaisant.

Genau was ich erwartet habe und sogar noch besser. Durch vieles zeichnen habe ich oft Handgelenk schmerzen. Die werden durch die Salbe gut gelindert.Was ich vor ein paar Tagen rausgefunden habe ist, dass sie auch wundervoll gegen meine Neurodermitis hilft! Habe einen fürchterlichen Ausbruch am gesamten Arm bekommen. Probeweise habe ich die Creme darauf geschmiert, in der Hoffnung, dass es den Juckreiz vielleicht ein wenig lindert.Zu meiner großen Überraschung hat es nicht nur den Juckreiz nach 10minuten komplett gestoppt, der gesamte Ausschlag (mit den riesigen Quaddeln) ist innerhalb von wenigen Stunden KOMPLETT verschwunden!!! Bin begeistert!! Das erste mal das ich etwas wirklich wirkungsvolles gegen meine Neurodermitis gefunden habe!Könnte heulen vor Freude!

Nice texture and smell. Very good for bruise.

I 1st bought this in April and loved it so much I bought it againIt has an amazing tightening effect around the eyes...HOWEVERThis 2nd product is not the same as the 1st, it is incredibly sticky and stays so for several hours so impossible to apply make-up after 10mins, it's horribleHAVE THE INGREDIENTS BEEN CHANGED?I wanted this to be my go to cream but am likely not to re-order now.. can the seller please reply. Thank you

Have noticed a significant reduction to bruises from a medical procedure. Smells nice too, but does leave residue so not great under makeup. I put it on at bed time.
