Vegan? I can tell you that Arnica Montana is an herb that grows mainly in Siberia and central Europe, as well as temperate climates in North America. The flowers of the plant looks like a large yellow daisy and they are used in medicine. Cosmetic surgeons often suggest it's use to promote the speedier healing of bruising and pain. For that purpose I can attest.

What is the difference between the gel and the cream?

ACTUALLY...arnica GEL, being non-sticky & non-greasy, is 👉🏼QUICKLY ABSORBED👈🏼 by the skin to reach sore muscles. Arnica CREAM 👉🏼stays ON the skin👈🏼 longer, PRIOR to being absorbed, making it the best option for MASSAGE. That is the ONLY DIFFERENCE. Doesn’t any1 GOOGLE this stuff? I do, EVERYthing!

Is this suitable for after smart lipo?

Sorry, I don't know what Smart Lipo is. I used it after a severe injury to my arm. I works on pain in the muscles. That was my experience.
