These scissors struggled to cut through spring onions. Took a lot of force to get through them and then they just got squashed and stuck between the blades. Not sharp enough. Easier with a pair of decent kitchen scissors. Useless and I’ve thrown them away.

I bought these as a cheaper alternative to a paper shredder. They are not the most comfortable for long usage, but then, scissors usually aren't! They are easy to clean- but only with the brush tool; otherwise you run the chance of injuring yourself on the metal, possibly. They do the job, but there's definitely a knack to using them!

Using these almost daily now to get those leafy greens into my reluctant mother. She is now enthusiastic about pasta sauces full of green bits instead of leaving all the leaves on her plate. Really quick and easy to use, easy to empty and clean using the equipment provided. The shredded leaves and herbs look really good on your plate too.
