Perfect for my girls and boy.
This works very well for my 5 bantam chickens and their cockerel. They can all fit around it to eat . They don’t knock it over so that’s a plus! Very pleased with it and it arrived very quickly.

Fab. Buy one.
I really like these. You do however need a pair of plier grippy things to push the plastic things through the holes because they're not that aligned. Once you've done that I wapped a tent peg in one end and my chickens are yet to knock it over. Brilliant for under a fiver.

Revised review - now 5* after 6 months use
My first thoughts when I unpacked the feeder was that it looks a bit fragile, and I'm unsure just how long it will last. Time will tell of course. I bought it to replace a circular feeder as my chickens were flicking food all over the place, encouraging rats. This one has the bars across the top which stops them doing this. I think if/when this breaks I may get a galvanised version for just a few pounds more. The chickens seem to like it and no more mess, so a good buy!It's now August, so it's had a good trial, and it's not broken at all. It is stronger than it looks, and I carry it by the middle bar when full with no problems. A very good buy, and have upgraded my 4* review to 5*

Large Chicken Trough Feeder design.
2 items delivered but they differed in design detail.one had a top easily removed for cleaning with a sliding locking action but the other had a top held in place by plastic pins clearly not designed to be taken apart for cleaning.As a chicken feeder they do a good job but will only buy again if I can be sure of getting the model with the sliding action to lock or remove the top section.

Good poultry feeder
Great size for my geese to eat from - just removed the top to leave it open. Fastened it to the wall of their shed. Easy to keep clean because its plastic. When my flock increase, I will be buying another one.

Good length and width for my 4 chickens and holds enough for each feed but too light.
Unfortunately it is too light and overturned too easily by the chickens and the food is then spread all over the feeding area. The chickens natural scratching actions turn it over. Perhaps needs an anchoring system.

Small and tidy
Was very surprised at the size of this trough,not sure if my hens have used it yet.Very easy to put together and looks neat and tidy .

Not worth it
Totally different from what I ordered it's to small in hight an i didnt want it with holes wanted the one with bars going across it would cost me more to return as nearest point to return is 10 mile away from my house so just a total waste of Money
