the cf card fully wiped my photos, faulty product

NOT SANDISK - ALSO SLOW
I bought this CF card needing something reliable and low capacity for a CF to IDE converter for old PCs to replace an old Wilkinsons branded CF, thinking this one was a Sandisk. It looks very much like a Sandisk but it is not. The pictures don't show the brand, but when you get it it says 'FZUZO' or something similar. The application did not pick it up. It promises read/writes of read 35 m/s, write: 20 MB/s. Measuring with CheckFlash I had a write speed of 6MB/s and I imagine read speed to be about 10. Sent it straight back
