Can take a beating from a gross teenage boy
We bought this comforter for my teenage son. He throws all of his school stuff, sports stuff, and whatever gross, stinky stuff he has on it. It has managed to survive remarkably well. We have washed it several times, and it has not faded and is still fluffy in all the places it's supposed to be.

Thinner than expected
This comforter will be great for summer/spring. Was expecting more thickness. It lays like a thin blanket. Still worth the money and will use it in warmer weather.
