Perfect for our needs, good quality, always lasted a long time and never had a problem with these cartridges. Thank goodness for compatible ink cartridges as the prices of originals are just extortionate!

These cartridges work really well and I have never had a problem. Just changed to a digital machine so I haven't tried them in it yet, but I imagine they will still be ok. Great price for three cartridges and at 25ml which is larger than the ones Pitney Bowes tried to sell me at the extortionate price of £175.00 for two cartridges and then followed with scaremongering tactics telling me they will damage the machine if I use a compatible one. They should be wearing a striped jumper and a mask is all I can say. Good service and arrived promptly.

We operate a small family business with the need of a franking machine for daily post. Pitney Bowes sell ink cartridges for £75.99 + VAT each. We know they upsell their products and scaremonger people into buying brand only, so to find 3 cartridges for £19.99, we were a bit skeptical. On our old franking machine it had a reader on it which meant we couldn’t use “compatible cartridges,” and we’d been caught out before. Shouldn’t have been worried, they’re perfect. No trouble at all, no leakage, and no smudge. Won’t be going back to Pitney Bowes at all, not with savings like that! Delivery and turnaround time was less than stated, which was an absolute godsend when our machine ran out of ink with no warning. Arrived a day after dispatch.

I ordered 2 x's 6 packs of the Maxwell House Cappuccino but, to-date I have only received 8 tins instead of the 12 tins I should have. This is being looked into but I'm not very impressed with only receiving a part order with no explanation.

OK, I bought these ages ago for a customer, and this is the first time I've had the chance to use them. Now, my customer had installed the cartridge the WRONG WAY into the printer , bearing in mind how small PB makes you feel, suggesting if you use any other ink, you will be in real trouble; she was panicking. So I rock up and pop the cartridge out, install it correctly and start testing. I was getting lines on the test print, so I thought, 'hey, isn't there a helpline on the paperwork?' There is, and the guy on the phone was so cool. I'm used to being the 'tech guy' It's my job. But this guy was almost telling me off for trying to get the cartridge out - not a complaint. He also made some pretty high tech recommendations - best call of the day! So, in summary... The ink is the proper stuff, and if you have ANY issues, you have a full-on engineer at the other end of the phone 11/10.

fast shipping but not great product

I purchased these after buying others from Cartridge Save. The ones from Cartridge Save smudge and take ages to dry. Even when being very careful the ink smudges simply by removing the label from the PB franking machine. These PB compatible inks dry immediately, print clearly and are far superior. I would highly recommend to any PB user to buy these inks, fraction of the price, work as they should and customer service was excellent. CCSL is the place for PB ink. Don't waste your money with other suppliers offering inferior useless ink.

Bought these replacement ink cartridges for our Pitney Bowes franking machine, quality is excellent however the 5 star service is it's best selling point and well worth a mention. When installing my 2nd cartridge I struggled with the print quality so phoned their helpline and spoke to Paul who very patiently went through the whole process of cleaning the print head and now it's all working great again. His knowledge was first class. Excellent company to deal with.
