No reason why not. Its a polycarbonate paint so it's designed to flex (like when RC cars hit a wall) and not flake like normal paint would, however, simply put, it is a paint for model kits, so would work fine.

Is this suitable for painting faded cabin luggage which made by Makrolon Polycarbonate?

This color has a very strong annex power! She is good opaque and remain flexible. Through spray the color in the lid, it can paint very well with a brush! The time of drying is also very short! I hope i what helping...

With this can be enough to spray one side of 4 polycarbonate panels, size 140mm high x 503mm wide?

I honestly wouldn’t like to say with absolute certainty but at a guess I’d say yes
