We bought this wedge pillow for our Roadtrek 190 Popular Class B van to fill the gap between the mattress and the rear doors, and it has worked out well. It also gives just the right amount of head elevation, which has been great for reducing acid reflux while sleeping. One thing I would recommend is measuring the width of your bed before ordering. Not all wedge pillows are the same size. We had previously ordered one from another company, and even though it looked similar, the dimensions were different and left about a 12-inch gap in the middle. This one was a little short for our bed as well, so measuring first can save you some frustration. The pillow has a nice balance of firmness and softness. It’s supportive enough to hold its shape but still comfortable to sleep on. Overall, we’re pleased with this purchase and would recommend it, especially for fellow Roadtrek or Class B RV owners. Just be sure to measure your bed before you buy.

This wedge pillow has been wonderful, helping me with my mild sleep apnea and reflux. I also put my own pillow at the top of it, and sleep on that, to give me more height for the reflux problem, and more comfort with my own pillow.It truly helps me sleep better and I now have very minimal reflux issues, in bed. The wedge pillow stays in place as it has a grip on the bottom, and you can wash the case and hang it to dry.

Edited: The wedge did expand to the full 7.5 inches on the 2nd day (today) so I am editing my review and adding a star. The size is good although it did take a full 24 hours to expand. Yes, I know, most say to give them 24 hours, but this is my 5th, along with 3 mattresses, full, queen and king, and this tiny pillow is the first that has taken more than 6 hours to fully expand. I am not saying that as a bad thing, but rather as an explanation as to why expected that this time. This wedge pillow is good for what it is, but is not as comfortable as another I bought a year ago. I don't remember that brand, but it was a different company. The other, I gave to my spouse due to a recent shoulder injury. For the price it is doing a good job. The cover is ok, a slight bit less soft than I prefer. The anti-slip bottom still slips and slides, and I will try to find a new over for it. It is extra firm, maybe a bit too firm to use without a pillow for some. I would probably buy again for cost if not for comfort.

This pillow is used to alleviate post nasal congestion that leads to bouts of jagged, uncontrollable coughing. Its height is perfect and can be adjusted as needed by adding a pillow or two. It appears to be of good quality, sturdy and firm, yet still comfortable on its own. Best of all, exile is no longer on the table due to sleep deprivation.

Bought this for GERD. It IS comfortable, and well made, the cover comes off to wash. My problem is that it's too big? Too long? I'm not sure, but I slide down it during the night and end up with my head at the bottom of the triangle. Kind of defeats the purpose. Not much better than 2 pillows.

This thing is great. I hurt my back and it really helped me sleep or be comfortable sitting up. I love you can use it two ways.

Great pillow, sleep better, good for person with chronic bronchitis.

Ordered from Singapore and arrived in 5 days. Not disappointed with the product. Bought a couple but this is the best fit for me. The memory foam is just enough for a good comfortable rest. The height is just right as well.
