It seems a weak rubber material. Easy to tear. Have not got any on hook with the lures yet.

Great seller received it way ahead of delivery date I've used these before and they are great lures I use a 1/32 or 1/16 jig head with these lures and let them sink to the bottom from my kayak and jig them up and down or will cast them and retrieve they work both ways. Have caught bass , walleyes, and plenty of pan fish with these also caught a few catties as well. Walleye was 24 inches in the picture ! Over all great bait for all speices of fish if used right !

They work on crappie under a green light they glow. That's all I've been using. Won't buy anymore minnows.
