These night driving clip-on glasses are excellent. I was very impressed that they came with their own case for protection against scratching and with a cleaning cloth! They are deep enough to completely cover prescription glasses of most sizes and work perfectly well at stopping excessive glare from oncoming vehicle lights. They're great quality and well worth the cost.

As others have already commented, the lenses are only weakly Polaroid. (I'm a physicist - I know how to test for it). I can't quite understand why anyone would manufacture them like this, as I can't see that the cost savings are that significant; you might as well make them completely non-Polaroid, given how weak they are, and hope enough people buy them anyway and don't complain / know the difference. I did know this from other reviews before I bought them, so I can't complain.However, they are pretty robust (I used them all summer and it's now mid-winter and they're still strong) and do reduce the brightness pretty well. It's a pity that the glare-reduction is minimal.

I have had problems with my eyesight for most of my life. I was told by my specialist that it is particularly important for me to protect my eyes from UV rays. As a rule I don't like driving with sunglasses because they can be too dark when you drive through a tunnel, for example. These polarised Teraise glasses are excellent because I can quickly flip them up if necessary. The choice of being able to use the dark or the yellower shade is also very good. I actually prefer to use the yellow ones most of the time. Without sunglasses my eyes will automatically squint in bright sunlight. And it almost feels painful. Both glasses allow me to be out and about in bright sunshine in total confidence squint free! The yellow tint can take a bit of getting used to, but the important thing for me is the protection I get for my eyes. The glasses are well made and seem to be resistant to scratching. Just as important, they don't scratch the lenses of my expensive prescription glasses.

I thought they seemed a bit think and flimsy, but nevertheless, they work well.Drove home last night and tested them, and they really do make a difference.

Far too small for my glasses also couldn’t flip them up

These clip-on sunglasses work well with my distance glasses because they happen to be the same size. They seem "shorter" (less vertical dimension) than most other clip-ons I've had. If you have glasses with large lenses, these probably would be too small for you. The clip seems less obtrusive than most drugstore clip-ons, you have to grasp it just right, but it's fine. My main caution is to be careful with the size. The lenses are slightly tapered rectangles, approx 2 1/4 " wide by 1 5/8" high.

It's exactly what I needed.Very easy to install and remove; the flip up is very convenient. The polarized lenses do a great job at eliminating glare and I wouldn't go without them anymore. No need to get another set of prescription glasses and getting used to the slight "warp" feel you get with different glasses. It's just good and cheap.

They sent you a card to test polarization but these glasses did not pass the test. I had to use other polarized glasses to actually see what was on the card.

Work good on my glasses. I haven't noticed 'magic' with the yellow tinted ones. I have an astigmatism and light colored / light sensitive eyes. These are great to have in my commuting vehicle to make sure I can always drive safely, whether it's too bright or dark. My only big problem is the clip that clips onto my glasses touches my face right in between my eyebrows and drives me nuts. But for the price and convenience, I'm satisfied. I will likely upgrade at some point.
