Great tasting smooth gummies, the flavor says its mango but I think it has kind of an apple taste. My whole family takes quercetin as a natural antihistamine and extra antioxidant. Safety sealed and with an exp date of 09/24.

These gummies came not sealed. Eventually I saw the seal was in the top lid & like the gummies themselves and the inside of the jar - were wet! With liquid drops all over the place. The consistency was horrible and goopy. I used them for a few days and then no longer could force myself to take them. There’s no contact mechanism for a refund, so that was $24 down the drain; hence, my 1-star review. (I’ve attached 2 pictures to show how wet & disgusting these are!)

Because:1.) I'm currently taking other supplements to enhance my health and productivity and2.) I've discovered an allergy issue with St John's Wort (which contains the flavonoid quercetin)I talked to my GP about introducing quercetin to my diet. After discussing its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties in conjunction with any possible contraindications, I got the green light to try it.To be honest, when I broke the seal and looked inside the bottle, my first thought was "why do these look like those earplugs we used to use at the range?" I did not expect the color or consistency, and I found it a little off-putting initially. In addition, the description provides the caloric intake of 2 gummies a day which indicated to me that 2 a day is the appropriate serving. Joke's on me. The suggested use on the bottle states "4 gummies daily with food or at mealtime..." This, coupled with the disclosure that a serving is 250 mg left me assuming that a serving is the 4 a day as opposed to per gummy. I was able to locate a review that in a recent study, lowering blood pressure was the result of at least 500 mg per day, but that 250mg is still considered therapeutic. I've also been made aware that many of the claims re: quercetin are being scientifically investigated and are still, for the most part, medically unconfirmed.The flavor profile is noted as mango which is close enough, I guess. It tastes fine, but I think I note a bit of a grassy aftertaste, although nothing so utterly gross to serve as a deterrent for me, personally. It's got a lot of the standards I appreciate such as made in the USA, certified vegan, 3rd party tested, cGMP certified, and BPA free. It does contain coconut, however, so those with a tree nut allergy should definitely be aware of that. The best buy date is well into 2024, so this is most likely a fairly freshly manufactured batch. So far, I have experienced no ill effects, and will continue to take them as directed noting reactions and/or improvements as a result.Last thing I'll throw out there. The web site is robust and informative, and that's a plus, especially if you have additional questions about this product or if you just want to get in contact with an actual person to discuss this or any other of their offerings.

When I first recieved these I thought they'd sent me a jar of earplugs! I'm kidding of course, but they are kind of rubbery, a bright neon color and larger than most gummies (and kind of earplug shaped). The taste is really good, the unusual texture dissapears after a few chews and I've been reading a lot of good things about Quercetin and its benefits. 4 of these gummies provide the recommended dosage (1,000 mg) but that leads me to one area to question, since in some places on the manufacturer's product page say to take 2 daily but other places say 4, the bottle also recommends 4 so there seems to be inconsistent messaging around suggested usage. They are reasonably priced if it's a 30-day supply, not so much if it's only 15 days, but as always it's hard to tell if you're actually gaining the claimed benefits such as "overall health and wellness". I've not suffered any side effects and will continue taking these supplements for the documented benefits.

Good product, taste amazing, easy to use and very helpful, works just as advertised. I like it.

Product has a 2024 expiration date which is very good. Green gummies are weird at first but just fine. As in other reviews the recommended dose is confusing. The serving size is 2 but they recommend 4 gummies per day. When researching you will also find a mix of information about dosage and that it is not safe to take it for longer periods of time. I recommend discussing with your doctor what is the route you want to take depending on your reasons. I discovered Quercetin during Covid as one of my efforts oin strengthening my immune system. Much more need to be learned about this ingredient yet. I just wanted to point out this before you buy. Good luck in your research.

There's a few reasons I think these gummies are a tasty good way to get my quercetin nutrient supplementation. They look like they'll be sticky but they aren't and they didn't leave any residue on my fingers nor in the crevices between my teeth.They smell and taste good but I can't figure out the flavor which seems a little lemon and maybe some lime, or a combination perhaps. It is possible my brain may be influenced by the color and therefore the flavor interpretation is lemon/lime.Either way I like the light citrus flavor and I'm glad they're lower in calories than most gummies I've tried because calories add up fast. I recommend them as a good source of quercetin that's an easier way to enjoy the daily dose. 5 stars from me. Thanks for taking some time with my experience, I hope it's helpful.Take care!
