Does what it says.
With an OTG USB cable worked fine when connecting my phone to my desktop to transfer files. Good value for the money.

Great Product
As others stated in reviews the cable and plug are very stiff. It's very difficult to unplug something once it's plugged in, so I've resorted to plugging in a 'USB port hub' (4 port tire) into the other end, so I don't have to keep trying to pull the USB out. My laptop only has the 1 USB-type c port so I keep it plugged in all the time in case I need to plug something in.Overall very satisfied with the product, just wish it was easier to unplug. I fear it might break something if I try though, so the USB port hub is staying put for now :) Recommended product, especially for the speed of downloads from a memory stick, but that's what you expect from a USB 3.1 anyway.

USB C to USB cable
I did not have high hopes for this, given its low price, and how fussy Apple products can be with non OEM parts. But, after buying it mainly to easily download dash cam footage to my iPad, I can say it works. I think it does not handle items that need power, it only transfer data, but that is all I needed, and it does it well. The only minor criticism is both the USB C male plug and USB female socket are a little tight. However, thoroughly recommended.

Simply does not work.
A simple product, connects to a USB C port and gives a USB A port. Nothing much should go wrong here - it should let me charge my phone using a USB A to C cable off a power bank device that only has a working USB C output. It does not. Nothing happens. I've tried to return it, but Amazon tells me it's not elligible for return. Oh well, it's cheap, so haven't wasted much money on it.
