The first one I bought had an issue that I didn't notice for a while; unfortunately this lead to me not being able to use it after a few months. I left a review, pretty disappointed. It had been a pretty good chair other than that, so felt annoyed as I'd originally looked for a chair for quite a while and thought this was the one.The sellers reached out to me and made it right, replacing the chair with minimal fuss and without me having reached out to them first. I'm very impressed and would recommend them based on that alone. The replacement chair I got feels different to the first and I'm happy that the issue I originally had was a one off. Chair is comfy, very adjustable and offers good support in the lower back area.Literally can't go wrong - it's a very good chair and the seller was great, sorting out my issue pretty much immediately.

I’m so glad I bought this chair. Before that I was using a completely unsuitable type of chair for working which led to my back often aching. This was good value, relatively easy to assemble and has proven to be durable and really comfortable. One of the best purchases I ever made and would definitely recommend.

Delivered on time. Good instructions and simple to put together.Only minor criticism is that is a bit heavy.

I liked this chair until it broke. It was comfortable and I could sit in it all day. It did creak a lot though.I work from home and had been using it daily for a year when it failed. Luckily I wasn't on a video call at the time.

decent chair, had this a few months now and it still looks like new. The chair is comfortable but does have quite a few space to collect dust that cannot be cleaned easily. would buy again if needed.

I thought it was all I hoped for except that the back support does not raise and lower the way it said it would on the Amazon website

The build quality of this chair is great, and it looks great too.However, this is literally the ONLY chair in my 30 years of life to give me lower back pain. The shape of the backrest is so ridiculously curved that it painfully contorts your back while barely supporting it.Removing the "lumbar support" does nothing to help. The backrest is just an absolutely awful design, and there's no way to adjust it in any meaningful way. It's a shame, this could've been a great chair

I bought this because of the mesh material. Hoping it would be comfy and not sweat like in my leather office chair. So far I am happy with it and it meets both those requirements. Just gamed for 15 hours and didn't even get hot, nor did I get sore. Completely comfy. With that said... My wife can't use it. She says it is too firm and too vertical. What I mean is, it does recline, but it uses tension to fight against your body weight and therefore I love how it reclines, my wife is just 110lbs and she can put some muscle in it to make it recline, but that's not comfy for her as she has to hold that muscle, like doing an ab workout. Therefore this chair is only for folks with upper body mass. Another note, is the height. This is the first office chair I actually have to lower, I've never had one so high that I can't get my legs under my desk. I also like that the arm rests height can be adjusted. This is my last office chair.... Assuming it lasts. The assembly was easy and only required a 5mm alan wrench, I used a drill to put them in and then the alan wrench to make them snug. There is also a video tutorial for assembly. I don't feel nor use the built in lumbar support, so never adjusted that. The head rest I'd say is optional. I only used it to test how it felt, otherwise I never used it during my recent 15 hour game time, but it's not required to actually assemble it on there if you don't want too, I mention this as the short folks may not want the headrest installed at all, such as my wife. Will update if durability doesn't hold...

Sto usando la sedia da circa una settimana e dopo averla montata e correttamente regolata, la seduta è COMODISSIMA e soprattutto, finalmente ho smesso di sudare data la seduta traspirante!Il montaggio è abbastanza semplice e ben dettagliato, quindi l'unico punto che resta da valutare è la durata, che speriamo non deludi :)

Sehr gut verarbeitet Preis Leistung stimmt hier einfach bin ca 1,80 groß und wiege 100 bin sehr zufrieden 👍🏻

Très confortable

Fácil de instalar, en 15 minutos. Materiales de buena calidad y cómodos, puede ajustarlo de muchas maneras, incluyendo la altura y el espacio de los reposabrazos, el reposacabezas y la espalda también. Uno de los mayores problemas es la perilla de ajuste lumbar, que es un desastre total, se mueve en todas las partes y tuve que instalar un tornillo para evitar que se moviera.
