I love this product and I love that it has a charger not like the one beforeWith the recent a lot of loose dogs around my house I really need one of those …And I’m backing it up with the horn tool just in case.

So the product works, but only 1 of my 2 dogs responds to it. Can’t really take off any stars for it not working on 1 dog. My dogs are 16 & 17 years old, so maybe the one dog is too old to hear it. But judging by the way the other dog reacts, it’s definitely working & making a sound to which she responds by stopping barking. Pretty cool!

This did not work for my 1 year old huskie it did nothing at all it was a joke never again will I purchase this item. I had another one that I used for my other 1 dogs worked wonderful,I took it upon myself to try this item and I regret it

Works like a charm!

Over the years we've had to deal with incessant barking from neighbors' dogs all around us. Of course as soon as I got this the neighbors have had the most behaved dogs in years. However, one night right after I put the kids to bed a dog was barking endlessly. I slid the window open and pointed it in his direction and pushed the button. He stopped...but then started again. I tried the button again and after a few barks he stopped again. The hard thing to tell was whether he stopped on his own because of the device? How can I really tell?

This works better on one of my dogs but does work usually for both of them. Helps to have an extra flashlight has well.

I have three very hyper dogs in my house. They seem to settle down when I use this trainer. I feel bad though when one of them act out and I use it, because I don't want the other two to feel like they are being punished. But that is not a mark against the product in any way. It's just my particular situation. Also, one of my dogs has epilepsy and I am worried that it might trigger an episode. It hasn't happened yet but it's still a concern. I like that it is easy to charge even though it doesn't come with an outlet charger, just the usb cable. I used my phone outlet charger so far to charge it, which seems to work fine. It has a "cheap" plastic feel to it. But that might work to my advantage because it is lighter and easy to carry. I will just have to see how long it lasts to make a determination on it's durability.

I like the flashlight so that I can get my dog's attention before even using the ultrasonic alert. For training reasons, you should always call the dog or get their attention first, only using the correction when they know what's expected, such as to come in or to stop barking. But it certainly does get them to stop barking immediately if needed!
