Did not get this installed yet. The cover looks sturdy like other pool covers I purchased before.The box was a bit ripped I am hoping the mounting parts did not fall out of the box. I did not want to unpack at this time since I needed to transport to our vacation home.

Great cover. Good instructions. Easy install. Wish they would include an extra anchor, buckle, and spring just in case. Buggered up one of the anchors and had to make it work. Not their fault but I'd suggest adding for future users.

So last year we purchased this cover because of the reviews. We opened our pool yesterday and it looks like a swamp :(.. So much for no debris and filtering. The year before we had a 40 dollar cover on it, this past year we decided to purchase a more expensive one so we did not have to buy water bags. Well let me just say first, I want a refund, and secondly if it ain't broke do not try to fix it. I am going back to my cheap cover and bags, pool was crystal clear last year when we opened it and no leaves, flowers or dirt in it. Save your money.. I will be calling customer service for my refund, I will gladly send it back to them, on their dime not mine.

This product is VERY well made! Very strong, sew stitching is tight. The wrong size was ordered unfortunately, so I had to send it back. But I have now ordered the correct size (20x40). I reordered with this company again although the price is slightly higher than one of the competitors, but I trust the quality that I have seen from this company. I highly recommend this pool cover!

All the stitching is separating from the cover.

No contact number for technical support. Concrete anchors do not expand You can’t set them. I can pull them out with my finger.Terrible or Lack of Customer Service!!!!!

Easy to set up, perfect bag to store away. Very very sturdy I feel safe for our baby, plus it keep our ppol clean.
