Jazz slippers
Very nice soft leather shoe, I used it for my ballet/Pilates class, I ordered my usual size and they fit me like a glove. Different feel than a regular shoe but very comfortable

Can't Wait to Dance in These!
I have been looking for a good pair of jazz shoes for a while. I do swing dancing, but since I am 72 and have arthritis in my hips and spine, my balance is not the best, making heels hard to dance in. I tried these on and danced around the house in them. Perfect! I can't wait to go out dancing again!Update: I wore them dancing a few nights ago. The fit was perfect (I did order up a half size as some recommended). The moved with me beautifully and allowed me to turn easily and maintain my balance (I'm 72 and have arthritis in my hips and spine, so balance is an issue). I plan on ordering a second pair to rotate. I LOVE THESE!!!

Great for dance class
It feels a little tight to me but I expect it to give a little as it gets worn. I have tried a large size and it ended up being a little too big when it started to give. I teach hustle and ballroom classes and it has the perfect amount of slide and height to teach a 2 hour class with ease and without the fatigue of a high heel.

So happy with these shoes
I wear these for Tai chi. Traditionally jazz shoe toe boxes are a bit too narrow for me, but these are perfect.

Beware of the advertised shoe size
First of all this is not a review of the quality of the product, simply because even though we ordered a 1/2 size larger than my daughters feet, the product that turned up was somewhere between 1 and 2 whole sizes SMALLER than her feet.As she could not get them on her feet there is no way to be able to comment on the quality.If you buy this product, be aware that the size advertised bears no resemblance whatsoever to UK shoe sizes.

Adult Split Sole
Adult Split Sole Jazz Ballet Flat Black Shoe size 4.5 w........ That's what it said, that's what I expected but not what I received. Even though the description on the inside stated the wrong size also........ What I received was something so small my daughter couldn't wear it. Now I have to return it... was very pleased with the delivery that came before I expected, just disappointed about the description and feel miss-sold.

Watch the sizes these are US sizes so you need bigger than UK size a size 2 UK size is a size 5.5 in these shoes.
Very pleased just annoyed the sizing chart assosiated with this is wrong, a UK size 2 is A US size 5.5 not 3.5 as they say. Apart from that they are the cheapest Jazz shoes around the quality is ok but as these are for my son he is not in them long enough before outgrowing them to worry. They are smart and as they are split sole better for Modern.

Wrong sizing!
Are these US sizes? I read the previous reviews so ordered a size 5 for my daughter who is a UK size 3 - they were still too small! I have passed them on to a friend who is normally a size 2...and they fit! So perhaps order 3 sizes up. Otherwise the shoe looks nice and is a good price.

Sizing issues
Check sizes on the capezio website as you need a size much bigger than usual. Ordered a bigger size and they were excellent
