I have worn actually three different pairs of these shoes, two of my flatmates had them and they are very true to size i'm a bigger 5 and the 5.5 fitted very well were as the 5 was better for my friend who is a small 5. The box was extremely damaged but the shoes were safe and I throw boxes out straight away so it didn't bother me. They arrived a day before estimated time as well. 10/10 highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. So I bought these around 2 weeks ago something like that, I have used it once for half an hour just to realise the black part at the back bottom of the shoe had came ripped off! Is there any way to send a refund?! I am fuming. Absolutely devastated and upset with this product. Please help me out.
