I love Sheridan’s books and would read anything she writes. This was a very well-written book but a bit too long for me. I enjoyed that the story was written in two different parts, with dual perspectives, and jumped in different years. There was a lot of development and self development which I enjoyed along with reading cute, heartfelt moments. I enjoyed the multiple different settings we got in this book as you visit Las Vegas, the snowy mountains, and DC if I remember correctly. The storyline concept was great but I have to say that some parts of the story were too much. I felt at some parts of the book, there was too much going on or the scenes were too long and could have been shortened. Overall the writing was pretty good and I enjoyed the story.Grace is the main character in the story who wants to become a lawyer. I enjoyed her storyline a lot and how much she grew in the book. She had a path but then realized she can alternate that for herself. Then there is Carson who is the p*rn star which he doesn’t want to do but became a part of him. After meeting Grace, his life changed. He too had a strong development and I loved the person he became. He was such a sweetheart towards Grace and cared for her so much. There were many side characters in the book but not too involved with the story. The book mainly focused on the MCs of the book. The relationship was cute and there was so much connection between the two. The tropes are forced proximity, instant love, enemies to friends to lovers, second chance, friends with benefits, and more. Honestly, this book was with every trope and spicy compared to other Sheridan’s books.The ending was well done and so cute. I love where the characters ended up and the story they had. For me, I think this book could have been shortened but it was still greatly written. There are so many moments I would never forget about and I recommend that you check out this book.

This released and re-edited book definitely had some huge misses for me but overall good. The beginning was drawn out and part unnecessary and not needed. But in the second half the development of Grace and Carson was very good and I was able to finish it pretty fast. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. Stinger is inspired by the Scorpio sign, and is broken into three parts. The first 40% covers two days in Las Vegas, where we see Grace and Carson meet. At first, the law student and the porn star don't exactly like each other, but then a feak occurrence forces them together. They get to know each other and discover they actually have a really strong connection and want to make the most of their weekend before they go their separate ways.The next section of the book was a growth period for the couple as they transition through several years separate from each other. Both of them are now working in their chosen careers, and both have lived very different lives and one of them has even moved on and is with someone else. There are some time jumps, but I really liked those because we get to see some significant life events happen for them and see how the last several years apart has shaped them and how they've grown.While the final section of the book brings them together, through a freaky circumstance, everything isn't roses for these two. Years have gone by, and they don't really know anything about each other anymore. Can they find their way back to each other and find love again, or has too much changed? Was there one weekend years ago enough to purusue a future or just a memory they've both moved on from?This is a second chance romance but beware of the triggers, such as human trafficking and sexual assault. The story was beautiful and gutwrenching, one that kept me hooked from start to finish!
