I had the chance to try out my friend’s Theragun and I was immediately hooked so decided to get one for myself. The build quality is top notch and it comes in a sleek zip up container, the extra battery is also handy.I cycle and practice yoga daily, so being able to provide targeted relief pre- and post-workout is great. I’ve found it has been especially useful in opening up my hip flexors which has improved both my yoga form and posture! The app is a cool edition as well and has some useful tutorials to help guide beginners.Overall very happy with this purchase and can’t wait to see what other benefits emerge after long-term use!

With this Theragun PRO, it allows me to treat my sore muscles at home myself, whether warming up or recovery afterwards. It's incredibly powerful and with the adjustable arm and attachments I can easily treat my entire body. The case is great too, to keep everything tidy together. It's not the cheapest but I wanted something good quality, that would last and I reckon with the amount of use it will have, it will soon pay for itself!
