Nice Keyboard, Wrong Keycaps
I got the dark grey/blue switch version. It's a nice, clicky keyboard that should serve as a nice platform to modify. And I will want to modify it eventually. It came with the wrong keycaps. This is not an LED backlit keyboard, but I got caps designed to be backlit, while the product images show nicely printed symbols. They're rather difficult to discern in ordinary light. This isn't a big enough issue for me to bother returning it since I touch type anyway and the keycaps are easily swappable. It will just be more money to invest. That said, it does live up to my reasons for purchasing this particular keyboard: It's wireless and can be used with 3 different devices (very easy to pair and switch between), which is crucial to my setup. It's mechanical, with hot-swappable switches. It has a smaller footprint than a full size keyboard and allows me to have a separate numeric pad to the right of my mouse. I'm a programmer and prefer battery life over LEDs. And it's relatively inexpensive compared to other hot swappable mechanical keyboards that don't have as may connectivity options.A note on blue switches: This is kind of universal, but they are a little loud, especially if you're not used to it, but there are some simple modifications you can do to make it quieter. It's a similar experience to the old IBM tactile keyboards. I do enjoy the tactile feedback, which allows you to push the keys down just far enough to register, without having to go all the way down. It takes some practice, but the keyboard basically trains you.
