Oval Roaster White Enamel, Oven Safe Cookwear, 30cm

This isn’t a good design. The handles aren’t at the side which makes it difficult to get hold of to remove from the oven and the handle on the lid is so small you can’t get hold of it whilst wearing an oven mitt.The lid doesn’t fit either, all in all I used it once, cleaned it and it then went out into the recycling bin.Would not recommend.

June 2020: Believed the online info that this oven pan was max. length 30cm.Unfortunately the lid is 33.5cm, so will not fit in our 32.5 cm wide cooker. Can now only use the base part of the roaster so the whole thing is bit of a waste of money.

At last a fabulous meat roaster which fits into my oven beautifully and the roast meat is succulent and juicy when cooked in this way

I bought this to replace an old one my mother on law gave me many years ago.Pleased with what I thought was the perfect replacement but after using it a few times I have found that I don't get the same results with my roasts. Beef tastes like it's been boiled.Not easy to clean either.Have had to use it without the lid . Very disappointed.Wish I had kept my old one.

Might be considered "old fashioned" but is perfect for legs of lamb, chicken etc., Looks good too.

Decided to try something that we did years ago. Very pleased, it cooked a chicken beautifully.

I love this casserole dish it cooks everything to perfection, and is so easy to clean. I still have a few pie dishes which belonged to my Mum, so it seems to last forever.

Bought as a like for like replacement as mothers older one was showing signs of age. She is very pleased with it.Its good quality and the right size for an average joint of meat or a chicken.
