Easy to use
I got it for both my husband and son and it makes it so much easier for our son to take his inhaler

Doesn't fit the MDI inhaler
The opening at the back to place the inhaler does not accommodate the MDI. NONE of my MDI fit. Therefore, was wasted money.

Cannot recommend
I use three different inhalers and only one of them fit properly into this spacer. The other two have to be forced in and the rim has already started coming apart. Hard to tell from pic but I put an arrow. The opening needs to be somewhat pliable to accommodate different shaped mouthpieces. This one is rigid. Had to get my old one back out and will order another one like it. Just wanted a second one to keep in another location.
