It’s the best mattress I have experienced! It’s well made, strong, medium firm & it will last a long time! I wish it wasn’t as expensive but the cooling system & body support & easy to rotate without struggling, I had to have it!

I was eyeing this mattress for 4 months before I got it. Finally it was $300 less for Christmas on Amazon and got it. To add insult to injury!! This mattress went on sale to 1450 for Queen after I spent 2700! I was livid. Still am. Mattress is just ok. I have scoliosis and lower back pain and this is very mediocre considering I tried it at store too and got the medium firm. The only thing that makes it somewhat decent is adjustable base AND 3 inch memory foam topper Not the gel kind. Keep shopping and I suggest different brand

This mattress is medium firm and I love it. I have major back issues so a good mattress is important to me. With back issues it can’t be too firm or too soft. Since I’m sleeping better and my back is no worse, I believe the Beautyrest Black is doing the job. This is not the top of the line in the Black series, but a step below. Quality mattress.

I absolutely love it!!! It is firm enough to support your back yet it is soft enough to sleep on the side.

I actually got this mattress for a sleep study. If I had paid this much for this torture chamber, I would have been furious! I chose it because it claimed it was the best for pressure point pain. Well it's not. I got the medium and it's pretty firm. I like a firm mattress but this thing, even after this much time never had any give. When I sleep on my side towards my stomach my knee cap hurts. I have some nerve damage on my thigh from carrying my twins. I will wake up in the middle of the night with my thigh on fire. It's giant. Finding fitted sheets is always a challenge. It weighs a ton. Trying to tuck sheets and blankets under the mattress about breaks my wrist. It's pretty and that's about all I can say positive about it. I have to have a mattress topper on it to make it comfortable. That's been pretty much from the beginning. Pretty bad when a brand new mattress needs a mattress topper for comfort. Terribel decision choosing this mattress.

This mattress has a ten year warranty. Those who complain need to contact Beautyrest. I bought this after trying it in the store. I was told if I like the firm, get medium and I did. I eventually swapped it out for the firm. Here’s why. I wasn’t testing the mattress out long enough. If you’re in the same place as you would be while sleeping, the medium mattress would eventually feel like I sunk into it. For those who like that, it’s great. I like sleeping on top of the mattress and not in it. The medium resulted in some back discomfort when I woke up. The firm was a vast improvement. My back felt better.I end up disappointed with the cooling effect they talk about because I didn’t really feel it enough. Nonetheless I was definitely happy once I switched to the firm. I highly recommend going to a showroom and trying before buying. This is the most expensive mattress I’ve ever owned and I like that is doesn’t have any topper and the firm is firm.
