First Lite Shale Touch Hybrid Glove

I received the gloves today, so this is just my first impressions. I'll have to wait a few months to see how they perform and hold up. The merino wool is very soft. The fingertips of the thumb and index finger work well with my phone. I wear a large to XL glove, and these gloves fit snug but not tight. The fingers are good, but the index finger is a little long for me.I think the only thing I don't like is that they don't have a loop to clip them onto a carabiner. For $75, I'd like to hang onto these for a while, and I just know they will get dropped at some point.

Little thinner than I had imagined, but worked great for 40 degree sits and for shoveling the driveway when it was -5. Nice to be able to mess around on your phone while using them too.

Love the leather combo with the wool. Touch capabilities work well with my iPhone. My only wish is they were a bit heavier since they’re billed as a cold weather glove. I wouldn’t wear these alone for long stationary sits or glassing sessions in the winter.
