Prefer the old fashioned larger scale but these seem to be the best on the market now. Robust, easy to use. Lots of driving information.

We bought this to do a 7 week trip in France with our caravan. It is excellent quality with laminated pages which made it very practical and hard wearing. We used it for planning a journey and for checking out the roads for size and suitability for towing and every single day for visiting places of interest (well marked on the map). Definitely indispensable.

I like this very much, the plastic covered pages are much stronger than earlier editions. The scale is useful for planning and its useful in conjunction with a sat nav. The spiral binding leaves something to be desired, it revolves at the bottom and leaves the very bottom of the pages unbound.

I love this map book as it has laminated pages. I used a Chinagraph pencil to draw on my route so that I could plan more easily than using my phone. I'd now like some more of other countries in the same scale.

Laminated pages ...anti grubby....great maps...clear and spiral spine enables easy use.

We bought this map as a back up for using google maps on holiday. Whilst the protective cover is a good idea in theory, despite the map being used only three or four times on holiday the corners of the cover have started to perish already which is not what we were expecting, on that basis it feels over priced as one would expect the cover to stay pristine in the circumstances used.

I love the fact that the map pages are laminated, do not distort and can be written on.As a lifetime user of Michelin atlases I know that pages are not sequential and plan my itinerary using a notebook to list pages as they are needed for each journey. Maps help avoid SatNav 'shortcuts' which can lead you into difficulty as they show type of road very clearly.Notes can be made on the maps in marker and either kept as permanent memos ( handy fuel or supermarkets )or erased ( no longer needed route)I had a problem with spiral binding unwinding as pages were turned...solved with a sticking plaster on end!

Très dommage que cet exemplaire PLASTIFIE n'est pas à l'échelle 1/200000 , car il est en 1/250000 moins complet.J'ai dû me rabattre sur le 1/200000 non plastifié qui sera moins résistant dans le temps, et le surlignage ou notes ne sont pas possibles sur les pages !A quand le PLASTIFIE en 1/200000 ?

Indique parfaitement la route et ne se trompe pas.

mais une étoile de moins, car l'échelle est passée du 200 000 au 250 000 ième
