I’ve used this product in my wellies for many years, obviously replacing them as required. They will keep your feet warm whatever you do, even when wet.For example, if you wear plus-fours or plus-twos and long socks, then find yourself thigh deep in a river in December in the UK, get out and empty your boots of water. Put your boots back on over your Sockets, and your body temperature will dry all but your feet, but it won’t matter because they’ll be warm and comfortable. You’ll be good to go for the rest of the day. I speak from personal experience.
