I have tried a lot of blends for sleep. This has worked the best for me. I but drops on a clay flower on my night stand and it helps especially if I wake in the middle of night. I just focus on the aroma and it helps me drift back to sleep. It also makes me smile.

I like this oil. It is great to put on the bottoms of the toes and dab on each wrist to help induce a relaxed state that facilitates sleep. I have several of the Eden's Garden oils; they are just as effective as the high-dollar name brands.

Trying a buttload of homeopathic remedies for sleep. It does have a pleasant scent, trying to condition myself for better sleep when I wind down at night. We shall see.

This smells amazing. I generally get nature's truth brand but decided to try this one. This one is sooo much better. I'm in love!

So I was studying what is good for energy and focus and several ingredients are correct in the listing. But when i got this scent Energy and Focus, ingredients are all different and just 2 of them are helpful to energy and focus. Palo Santo, Lime, Orange and Lime ( again) and ..something else. No Rosemary, Basil, or Cedarwood or Juniper Berry ( would be nice too).This listing called for very different EO and honestly, none of these are helpful to concentration. I didn't receive a wrong item. I received the item with the right name but all wrong and different ingredients than as described here.The sample was nice, thank you. But this is NOT WHAT I SAW IN LISTING here and not what i was buying. Lime and orange are good pairing to palo santo but they are not essential to energy. I am going to test it one more time tomorrow and if it does nothing i would return it.i'd put 2 stars honestly but smell is nice, just not useful as i needed.

I've loved all the Eden's Garden blends I've tried so far (as well as all the individual oils) But this one is my favourite of the blends.It's just perfect for what I wanted it for. I tend to use the blends pretty much only to diffuse as I am meditating.Not that I had a idea what méditation actually might "smell" like if it had an odour. But if it did have an odour I bet it'd be close to this smell.It smelka like the great outdoors to me. Like leaves, pinecones, and all sorts of beautiful greenery and plantlife.To me the goal of meditation is to feel more and more connected to nature and the world around us, and all that's in it and part if it. A beautiful nature scent like this could only help with this. In a green diffuser, even better.It strikes me that it'd be a really great autumn scent too.
