These tablets do seem to help having a big meal always seems to make me rush to thetoilet but since starting these that seems to be better now. I would definitely recommend trying these for a small price it’s worth the go like I did.

I wanted to review this product after at least after a few months of use to make sure that the positive results I was seeing are not temporary. So here's what I see after 5 months - my IBS has significantly reduced (almost disappeared), my acid reflux is well under control - I can eat the same things that once caused me trouble and not be bothered at all, my reflux induced headaches which would turn into migraines are also gone, my gut feels healthy and gas/flatulence has significantly decreased. I'm relatively young and have always had tummy issues so this is a godsend. I guess this is what normal gut feels like?

These are the only probiotics that seem to suit my tummy. On repeat order.
