I purchased this to display in a glass canister I store my epsom salts in. I was hoping it would hold about a cup but it holds about 2/3 of a cup. It is beautiful though.

When I got home to find my order on the porch, the package looked opened, almost as if it was reused. I was even more disappointed to see my actual water ladle order as it was damaged, rotten with what looked like mould and reeks as if it was previously used. The smell of a garden and mould is so strong that I can actually picture the previous owner’s dirty garden. I’m wondering if this is an actual ‘used item’ on purpose however I was under the impression that I was buying a new ladle to use in my kitchen. This is definitely not going to happen. Buyer beware, if mould is present on the wooden spoon, you can get very sick using this to ladle any food products. You can detect the white mould by the spout on the picture and that whole side of the ladle is off coloured. Will be returning for a refund.
