Great for beginners!
They should be a little clearer on the amount of framed and not framed canvases you get in the kit. But mostly, Everything else is excellent, but I recommend buying a better paintbrush set because these are very low-quality paintbrushes. Also, plan on needing to trim some of the loose bristles off of the paintbrushes before using them. But for what you get for the price, this is a fantastic set for beginners! It would be even more incredible if they included some paintbrush cleaner!

Great deal for good supplies, but was missing a few painting knives.
Impressive amount of quality art supplies. My only issue is mine only has two painting knives, I think it's still an incredible deal for quality art supplies.

Awsome beginners oil paint kit.
This was a gift for my partner and the kit was by far the best one ive seen.

Almost perfect!
The only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because in my opinion the brushes selection that is included are a little too wide or big for the sizes of the canvases included. With that being said, I still used them and just purchased finer brushes but for beginners this is pretty great. Also would make a great gift for any creative person in your life!

Great easel for table top
My 12 year old loves it! But be cautious when opening paint for the first time, it may squirt all over the place

Makes beautiful painting
It's a great set for the price. Would change out the brushes and paint tray as wood sucks.

Ok for the price
First time using oil so by no mean am I a professional to judge this kit. However from my opinion there's a few things about the kit which made painting more diffucult.1. The oil paints themselves are all different consistencies, some are thick some are thin. Some where thin then thick halfway though. No need for that much variety, probably beeter to reduce the number and go better quality.2. Canvas were OK, quite wide weave.3.. Brushes were very thick bristles and stiff which definitely made it harder painting with they were more like decorating brushes. Not the best selection no fan brush or ultra fine brush. Most are pointless are you can use one brush a few ways.4. Tools again cheap plastic, flimsy. I feel bit excessive amount and it would be better to remove a load and get two good ones with a sharper edge.5. Would be nice if it included some liquid white and turps.6. Pallete was decent probably better to get disposable ones for beginners. I made a bit of a mess as a beginner, definly would be easier for me to have had the disposable ones.Over all I guess it's OK for beginners and definitely OK for children, but could be messy. For the cost I can't complain, feel like they could keep it that cost though by remove the excessive bits and get better quality stuff. I feel like bit better quality stuff would be nicer too for a beginner as it would be a bit easier to produce a nicer painting.

3 out of 5
Well not bad for the first experience with oil painting but there are something that are completely useless. First of all the canvas ares too small except the biggest one. The brushes are alright but the knives are plastic and bend out of shape quickly. The paint themselves seem to be of low quality since they dry too quickly, anyone who works with oil paints knows that it takes time for them to dry. Worst of all there is no paint thinner like turpentine. I mean it's supposed to be a beginner set and THERE IS NO TURPENTINE! you cannot use any of your oil paint without paint thinner. You read my whole review and why you should buy this at my blog: amateuroilpainting.blogspot.com

Pretty good, the brushes are meh
The paint and the easel and the canvas all seem pretty good. The brushes and the pallet however aren't so great. First, I recommend a ceramic or glass pallet. They are way easier to clean and don't absorb your paints like this cheap wooden one. The brushes before long have wild hairs sticking out, and it didn't come with a liner brush which is important for thin straight lines. I ended up getting new brushes. In hindsight, I would have rather bought each piece individually.

Good for beginners!
Has mostly everything you need to start oil painting. The only thing I recommend buying is some turpenoid to clean your brushes with but other than that a great starting kit too see if you'll enjoy oil painting.

Oil paint colours too think and dry
Oil paint seems really dry .... some are way too thick and dries up instantly ... and some pour out oil before the paint .... I did try to mix the paint in the tube before squeezing it out. But rest of the tools ... good enough for beginners !
