Challenging workouts, can tailor to what you need
Same sort of format as last years but there are some new moves here. I like the way it's broken down into short sections so I can mix and match depending on what I feel like doing. The HiiT section has a bonus 5 minutes at the end! The addition of a dedicated strength and tone section is a nice touch. I haven't tried the buddy section yet, I'm still trying to convince my partner to work out with me! There's enough different to the last one that I'm glad I bought this one too.I think I'm quite fit but I find some of these moves challenge me.The only thing that annoys me is the health warning at the start. It can't be skipped, and the voice over woman talks super slow so it goes on for ages. I can move all my furniture, and go grab a glass of water and when I get back it's still droning on. When you use the DVD 4 or 5 times a week it's an absolute pain to sit through. I think I can quote it word for word by now.

Supreme!
I am so, so pleased with this DVD - I was concerned after reading one of the reviews that it wouldn't progress enough from the last (wonderful!) Davina/Ed collaboration to make it worthwhile, but it more than delivers. Ed is so thorough in his instruction on this DVD - it feels like a lot of care went into the production and workout development, and the workouts, though comfortably familiar, are new and challenging and after 2 months of doing them, I am still getting a full and energising workout. I do miss the choice of warm ups, but other than that, I can only rave about the wonders of these workouts. I lost 2.5 stone with the last DVD and have kept the weight off for over a year now, and am sure I see it creeping down even more as I increase the intensity of the current workouts. Keep it up DavinEd! You are keeping a 56 year old super fit, young and healthy.

No visible difference after 5 weeks, but feel fitter
I just finished my 5 week plan. Sadly no visible difference at all.I wanted to loose my ‘baby weight’ was hoping to fit into my old clothes by Xmas but don’t think it’s going to happen. (I am size 10-12 aiming for size 8)However saying all that I can feel that I have became a bit fitter for the first week even warm up was a challenge. And I know that it’s not a waste of time because how much everything hurts next day and how much I sweat during a work out. Just no idea why I can’t see any changes In my body. Will give it another month as I quite enjoy doing them work outs.It is a lot of jumping and squats and I have weak knee so wasn’t sure if it’s going to be suitable for me but actually its fine. It’s not boring and I can cope with 10 minutes for 1 workout before I get bored. Last week you have to do all 5 workouts in 1 session. For me personally it is so much easier to do 5 short 10 minute workouts than one 50 minutes one.

Good workout
The excersises are challenging and provide a really good workout. The abs section is quite tame for my level of fitness but the other workouts I really enjoy.

Sound Exercises But Very Boring
I know that 'boring' is one of the main criticisms of Davina's DVDs with Ed, but I'd never really found that before. But this one - dear goodness, it managed to both not get my heart rate up sufficiently in the HIIT section, but also have me wanting to quit - not out of the exercises being hard, but because all the repetition makes it really boring.I found myself adding in some 'Insanity' exercises just to get my heart rate up and ease the boredom.This may be ok if you are new to high impact exercise, and HIIT in particular, but if not, it is probably not for you. It's pretty easy to modify by just missing out the jumps/hops, so the lack of a 'modifier' doesn't have any effect.As always Ed's abs are the BEST. He really is the best ab instructor ever!

Excellent
Excellent DVD - love it.... Split into 10 minute sections with varied exercises in each (also the option of adding 5 mins to the Hiit which is great as by the time you have done the 10 mins and are already panting and puffing...may as well do the final 5 !) . Really straightforward to follow the moves and there is no gimmicky faffing around. I like Davina and Ed's presenting style ("picking up a flower" makes me smile every time !) and find this gives me a great workout ..... sweat ++ You can even do most of the Buddy section on your own (except the Pyramid!)..... I jump over a laundry basket instead of a buddy for example which is great as I can still use this section even if I can't find a buddy.....

Great DVD really good for all levels of fitness
I have always been a big fan of Davina and I really rate her. I used her fitness dvd along with some natural supplements at the start of last year to lose 2 stone in 3 months. So it's that time of year again lol I have purchased this her latest dvd and I have to say it's even better than her last DVD so I am hoping that by using this alongside the Slimzest Raspberry Ketone Detox that I purchased on Amazon that I will have the same success with my weight loss that I had last year but hopefully this time I will do a better job of keeping it off once it's gone.

Amazing dvd!
Well i think this dvd is brilliant just like the 5 week fit and the 7 minute fit. Yes there might be the same exercises as the others but i think its great. Its making me sweat more which is a good thing right? Ive been doing davina's dvds for 9months and using her recipe books which they are amazing too. Ive lost 2 -1/2 stone. If it wasnt for davina and ed i doubt i would of stuck with it. There 7 - 10 min exercises are the best especially for working mums like myself. Thankyou both if your reading this for making such amazing workout dvds ***** keep it up and dont listen to any negative feedback!!! :)
