Lovely mugs
They came and are really nice , however one mug was completely smashed into pieces in the packaging . I have taken a photo but Amazon does give any option on where to send it.Thanks

Not as advertised
Nice cups, but they are not 12 oz as advertised. They only hold 8 oz to very top of the rim with no room left to add cream or sugar.
