I don't normally write reviews, however; this is one of those products which I believe will work the same in years to come as the day I received it.I've had the product for 8 months. All items are still as new. This is despite the whole family using it from kids to parents, 2-3 times a month.Super high quality and one of those products I know will be the same in years to come.The glass file doesn't eventually (8 months for me) wear out after a lot of use, however you can buy a replacement here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0161E39ZGI found this out from the manufacturers. They were very polite and fast to respond.In a world where products struggle to make it past 1-3 years, it's refreshing to come across a very well engineered item.Yes it's a grooming kit, however; if you're interested in quality, aesthetics, value for money and longevity - then I recommend this.

Very well made with a beautiful finish. A fine example of the best German engineering. The case was well made, everything fitter nicely inside and would easily fit into a wash bag. All the instruments inside were very well made and worked well.Not cheap but good value for moneyHighly recommended

Based on very positive reviews on Amazon I bought this set for my 18 year old son. We received the product promptly and the case was well made and the tool felt solid, too. Very pleased.Just under 18 months later, my son showed me how the big scissors had come apart. He explained that he had been cutting the nail on his big toe at the time. This is after a shower so the nail should have been soft. It looks like there was a fault where the scissor halves are welded together. To be honest, I also cannot completely rule out some kind of error/incompetence by my son although you would think that at 19 years old he should know what he is doing?!I contacted Amazon on a Sunday evening and the seller contacted me first thing the following morning. They offered to replace the entire set free of charge. Very impressive service.

I've had many manicure sets, but his one is certainly the best.Along with the case, all the tools are really good quality. I suspect they are going to last many years.

The product is exactly as displayed and ideal for what I want.But , the delivery was left in our porch and could have been stolen.I left no instructions to leave it there so no excuses.

Voici un choix d'outils essentiels à la manucure réunis dans un belle pochette, le tout de qualité pour le voyage mais aussi le quotidien.

Ayant égaré mon premier achat, c'est la deuxième fois que je commande cette trousse, à plus d'un an d'écart. Les outils sont toujours d'excellente qualité. Je suis par contre déçue par l'intérieur de la trousse, cette fois ci en synthétique et non en cuir. Les instruments sont plus serrés, se chevauchent presque, et sont maintenus par des élastiques, non plus par des liens en cuir.

Schnell wurde aber klar, es musste ein neues Nagel-Nessesair her.Also wurde gegoogelt und in Amazon gesucht. Hier ein großes Kompliment an die Marketingabteilung von Drei Schwerter, ich habe fast keinen anderen Hersteller gefunden, welcher auch nur annähernd so gute Bewertungen hatte und so gut in Google vertreten war.Also, da das heutzutage mit Amazon Prime kein Problem mehr ist und man Dinge auch so schnell wie sie gekauft wurden auch wieder zurückschicken kann, wurde das Set bestellt.Als es da war dann die kritische Begutachtung: Das Set ist Preis/Leistungstechnisch sehr gut! Die Scheren, Klipser und Feilen sind in der Qualität sehr gut. Also alles richtig gemacht.An dieser Stelle hätte ich schon 5 Sterne gegeben.Das erste Mal mit dem Set die Nägel geschnitten, und wie erwartet die Teile sind qualitativ auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Dann ist mir an der Nagelschere aufgefallen, dass an einem Auge die Beschichtung leicht ab ist. Diese blättert jedoch nicht weiter ab, daher eigentlich nicht so schlimm.Jedoch wollte ich auch, da trotzdem ein kleiner Mangel vorliegt, den so gelobten Service testen. Also kurze Email an den Service geschrieben und sofort Rückmeldung bekommen: Dies wäre natürlich so nicht in Ordnung. Man bitte um Entschuldigung, eine neue Schere sowie eine "kleine Entschädigung" wären auf dem Weg zu mir. Ich war total verblüfft, dass dies so einfach, schnell und unkompliziert abzuwickeln war, und das vor allem noch eine Entschädigung mitgeschickt wird.Zwei Tage später kam dann das Paket mit der Post. Eine neue Schere sowie eine sehr große kleine Entschädigung waren enthalten. Damit hatte ich wirklich nicht gerechnet, zumal die Schere nur einen optischen und keinen technischen Makel hatte und somit kein Ausfall zu verzeichnen war.Zum Abschluss ist zusammenzufassen, dass ich einfach nur begeistert bin.Die Marke und das Produkt erhalten 5 Sterne von mir, der Support sowie Service mindestens 10!

Achetée il y a juste un an, cette trousse me convient par sa forme et le contenu de ses accessoires, mais... je suis déçue de la qualité de ce soit disant "acier de Solingen" qui est déjà terni.Cependant, réclamation faite auprès du fabricant, celui-ci vient de me remplacer, sans problème, les éléments abîmés ce qui prouve le sérieux de cette maison.

Für den Preis habe ich eine gute Qualität erwartet und auch erhalten. Es fehlt mir nur die Möglichkeit der Nagelbettpflege. Hatte ich aber gewusst. Deshalb nur ein Hinweis., falls der Hersteller hier nachbessern möchte.
