I’ve purchased two of these beds for my extremely anxious dog. The first one held up pretty well and lasted longer than expected with all the accidents and machine washing (she was old). It really calmed her, which wasn’t necessarily why I bought it for her (it just looked cozy). After a while, the washing matted the faux fur so I got her a new one. It seemed a bit bigger than the first one, I’m not sure if that’s because I got a different color this time. She only had this one for a month before she crossed the rainbow bridge, but we had her in this bed to make sure she was as comfortable as possible in the end. We donated the bed to the vet since our two other dogs are too big, so it will bring comfort to a new owner now. Sorry if this review made you sad, but this bed gave great comfort to our old girl and to honor her, I hope to help give comfort to others.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this item! I purchased this bed because my dog and I are moving into a new home with other dogs and I wanted my dog to feel at home and adjust well to the new environment, so I wanted to get him a bed he’d actually like. He was allowed on the couch at our old home, but isn’t at this one and he would get sad that he couldn’t lay with me. We have a different dog bed that’s comfy, but it doesn’t have the head support all around and he never really wanted to lay in that one so I wanted to find one he would actually lay in. I got this one because it looked comfortable and like he would feel safe in it since it has the walls around it. I am so glad I did! I took this out of the box and he laid on it immediately and fell in love! I felt bad taking it from him to put in the dryer to fluff out, but once he got it back he laid on it for the rest of the night! He no longer looks sad when I’m on the couch and he can’t snuggle me, he just goes to his bed and zonks out for hours! He’s obsessed and I’m so thankful for this bed!!!!

Beautifully made, super soft and cuddly. The cover washes well and comes out just like new. Lesson learned: I made the mistake of putting the inserts into the dryer on a cool setting to air them out and they came out very damaged. I emailed customer service and they were FANTASTIC and addressed the problem right away. So pleased with this product, the company's customer service and my Mila's(43lbs) happiness that I've since ordered and received a larger cuddler for my Maisey (70lbs). I wasn't sure if It would work for a bigger dog, but it has been perfect!!!

The bed was soft and beautiful when I 1st got it, but quickly became matted down is multiple areas. Changes the whole look of the bed from soft and fabulous to stiff and nasty looking. For this bed to cost well over $100, and become matted in less than 2 weeks is NOT GOOD. I am extremely disappointed in the quality. For this price it should of NEVER become nasty looking like this. I'm afraid to try to wash it and risk further damage. Retailer should definitely issue a refund for this product and come WAY DOWN on the price for future customers purchases.Not a happy shopper!!

My dog is a nester and usually loves anything soft. For some reason she refused to use this dog bed or the accompanying blanket. I thought maybe it was something she smelled, so aired it out for a week, but no luck. Finally I put one of the blankets she always loves, into the dog bed to see if that would work. As you can see in this photo, she kept taking the blanket out of the bed then nestled on the couch next to it. I finally returned the dog bed and blanket because she wouldn’t use it. I thought it looked nice and seemed durable. Every dog is different. It would probably work well for a lot of dogs—my little girl just had a different opinion.
