Q: How do I take out the packaging foam that is inside the handle?Been unsuccessful so far :(

There is no foam inside the handle. There is a little tiny piece of foam in the on off button. I believe it was there so the vacuum would not turn on during shipping and unpacking.

Q: The crevice tool is not that skinny, I can’t get it in between the seats of my car. Is there another place to buy something narrower?

I dont know... I bought mine for stairs so it does the trick
