I bought these fully not expecting them to provide any relief. Color me surprised. I bought the neck ones. I currently have little strips I have cut wrapped around my mouse clicking index finger. They actually help. I have pains all over and I have used these on my neck, knees, elbow and fingers. I cut about a 1/2" strip and wrap it just below my 2nd knuckle and it helps relieve the pain. When I have a full patch on it takes a solid hour before I feel the heat. I've had to use them several times before I really decided they actually help and it's not all in my head. I will be buying these again.

Affordable and easy to apply. I bought these for neck aches and absolutely love them. Easy to apply, a nice minty smell, great sticking lower, and really affordable. Highly recommend.

Foil packaging bigger than exterior box. Difficult to get package out of box without struggle.Backing material is hard cardboard with no split to aid removal. Struggle to get the backing off the patch.So far—15 minutes on back—can’t feel any healing. Will check in again in a few hours if it actually helps with the hurting.

If you're cold, these don't seem to actually do anything, but if your warm or hot it quickly gets uncomfortable.On the bright side, they stick really well...

These provide a small amount of warmth to the area. It is soothing and lasts for many hours. It provides some pain relief. I prefer these over topical creams.

Does the job.

Each pad has a rich menthol aroma and is fairly easy to apply. Clean effected area, peel away back by slightly bending edges, apply. Relief in minutes, multitasking of additional pads for multiple areas. Great!!!

I like the heat that is produced by patches but they don't stick well and fall off around 2 hours, they stick loosely during that time but I do get some relief during that time. For the price, just ok.

Effective pain killer for knees. My mom praises it.

These do give some soothing heat but are hard to place on neck as if not careful they stick to themselves.If they were a kittle t5hicker it would help .

They work great! I just hoped that they would be a little bit more flexible. When I start to move around they start to peel off. But besides that I love them!!

It is virtually impossible to peel off the backing paper. Please tell us all the secret!
