Nice looking item.
I have bought this as a present, therefore, I have reviewed it as I think it will be. It looks very sturdy and smooth so I would expect it to be easy to clean. My only disappointment is that it hasn't got its own box but just a brown Amazon type.

Is this for real? or just a toy!
It's ok, but watch the size, this is smaller than a saucer and shallower than a tea cup, if you're making marinades for BBQ then this isn't for you, unless you want to make several batches (very time consuming). If however you want to make something like Mint Sauce for roast lamb then this would do enough for 1 lamb joint, basically about 2 tablespoons is max you'll make.

Don't buy marble
Too smooth to grind/crush anything properly. The tool itself is quite small and everything tends to bounce out when trying to crush/grind.
