Amazing stuff. I use it on dark patches on my face and hands. Just a drop a day and it clears them right up within a week.

I purchased this product to use both internally and externally (there is some research that Gotu Kola may help restructure scars) and so was very happy to find an alcohol-free extract. Some chemicals - and therefore some of the active aspects of herbs - are not always water soluble. Sometimes, alcohol extraction is vital to preserve an herbs effective components. I honestly have not researched this herb enough to know whether the vital components I was looking for are water-soluble or not, but since this was going to go on my face I liked the fact that I had this option.If you are looking for alcohol-free for a specific reason like I was, this product delivers. If alcohol-free is not essential, but you cannot or prefer not to take a whole herb supplement, this product in conjunction with an alcohol based extract would be a good option to get all constituents of the whole herb.
