Quite a few were snapped, mishaped and split, but with 1000 I expected a few and as I needed 800 and price was good I am satisfied. Have bought from other supplier and this is the norm.

Cups fine good heat insulation but let down by lids that don't clip on well which seem fine with cold drinks but leak with hot
