I like taking NMN as think i am slightly less tired on it
I like taking NMN as think i am slightly less tired on it - Wouldn't say I have loads of energy but less tired attack. But I generally use a different brand which is more cost effective so not sure i'd buy this one again over my existing brand.

A gamble but probably a good gamble
If you are reading this you have probably already decided NMN is worth taking (I will comment on that below) so the question is whether this is a good source. It is unfortunately very difficult to say. The effects of taking it are not noticeable - the benefit is either concealed in the percentages or merely a delay in aging. There is no way to check it even contains NMN. The capsules are white, medium sized and fairly easy to swallow. The shelf life is nearly 3 years. It claims to be manufactured in UK but checking on their website, the address quoted is a shopping parade in Wembley. I contacted the company and they replied " I believe the NMN products are manufactured for us by Troo HealthCare in the UK". I wrote to Troo and they didn't reply. After writing thousands of Amazon reviews I think I have a nose for Chinese products and I have a feeling this is one, although it is possible that they are manufactured in the UK or, perhaps more likely, just packaged in the UK. I am happy to amend this if good evidence is presented. As to the efficacy of NMN, there is a huge amount of evidence that it may be a genuine anti-ageing product, with a spectacular range of important benefits. The science of how it works is well understood. However, a couple of important things are not well understood. First, the evidence is mostly from animals. It is easy to imagine it would translate to humans, especially given that the mechanism is understood and is the same in animals and humans but that is not the same as proof and it is normally a good idea to take that shortfall seriously. Even more important, no proper safety studies have been carried out.Despite all that, for my part, I am prepared to take the gamble, but please don't forget that it is a gamble. 4 stars given the inadequate response to my question.

Good combination of NMN and other potent nutrients
This is a good combination of NMN and other nutrients such as Trans-Resveratrol , Pterostilbene, Quercetin, Trimethylglycine and Vitamin B12NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is supposed to provide some really amazing health benefits including suppress age-associated weight gain, enhance energy metabolism and physical activity, improve insulin sensitivity, improve eye function, improve mitochondrial metabolism and prevent age-linked changes in gene expression. These are quite an incredible set of supposed benefits and I think you would need to take the supplement for long periods to start seeing this. Whilst I can't attest to these benefits, I have previously tried Swiss BioEnergetics supplements and they are usually of high quality. This supplement also appears to be made of good quality. This can be an expensive supply for a months worth of supplement but given the combination of nutrients and also that it has SEPISMART SR - sustained release technology from natural sources for superior absorption, I think worthwhile taking even with the high price tag.

pricey
At £35-97 for 90 capsules it is not cheap. 3 capsules contain 500Mg of NMN. If you are over 50 you should be taking 1000 Mg a day. So essentially this will cost you over £70- a month. Not cheap and there are much cheaper options out there. However another big issue is what does it contain? Is it genuine? The manufacture claims it is 98% pure. I cant comment as I haven't tested it. However it is a British company so presumably they must adhere to British trading standards. I therefore think its safe to say its genuine. So my opinion is that it is probably genuine but very pricey. The dosage for people over 50 is 1 gram a day so this works out at £70- a month so not cheap for its target market

An excellent supplement for longevity
Unfortunately there is no price currently listed on Amazon for this product so I cannot comment on the cost.A three capsule dosage contains 500mg of NMN, 120mg of pterostilbene, 120mg of resveratrol, 300mg of quercetin, 600mg of TMG and 150ug of B12 - which makes it a very good and complete supplement!Typically I would take 500mg of each of NMN and resveratrol, but the inclusion of pterostilbene and others makes up here.Together, these nutrients are being studied for longevity and healthspan as there is some evidence they may increase the number of healthy years of life.At 32 this is not something I really need to rush to worry about, but I do like to prepare. However this is much more relevant for my parents who are twice my age.My parent's do take twice the amount I take and at that point we believe it's better to get the nutrients separately to save on the cost.Overall this does seem like a good supplement as the dosage is very good.If you are interested in longevity or getting on in life this is a good combination of nutrients to research and take.
