Easy Start Easy operate very well put together for the money..cant go wrong.

First time using the product, the cable kinked inside the drum and so it stopped pulling the cable out of the sewer. While we were trying to pull the cable out by hand, the cable snapped inside the sewer and did not hold up to anything. complete trash. We are now out the $400 we paid for this junk plus $2000 to dig up concrete to pull out the broken cord.

Works great! Ran the entire 75 feet of length and had no issues. Wrapped a rag around the snake as it retracted in order to keep the unit nice and clean.

Very good machine. Wish the manufacturers would make better manuals and instructions on how to use. The instructions provided are not helpful whatsoever with bad quality images and minimal detail. If you’re not a hands-on person, you will have some difficulty using.

My friend used it and kinked the line, it got all tangled up and then there was a permanent kink in it, and that could possibly break someday I'm not sure. It's pretty much the same as the home depot types except it felt more difficult to pull out and push back in. I actually hurt my hands doing it, tore the ligament, and still recovering. It's a handy thing to have IF you have strong hands or someone to do it for you, otherwise forget it. But if your going to get one, this one is more of the professional type, just has a thinner snake than a professional plumber, do not kink the line and go very slow.

The product arrived damaged, it was not easy to assemble it (there is no instruction booklet that clearly explains), in addition the wattage of the product does not fit my country so the electricity stopped

Cable ain’t strong, kinks easily. Got twisted in a 4” sewer line, now it can’t go back in drum, gonna buy a new replacement cable

While it may seem like a good deal, it isn't.Poorly constructed machine with inferior parts.It broke on the first attempt.Steer clear.
