Nice Corten Trough Planter on Casters

Similar to other Corten planters by Nice Planter, except with casters of course. The other reviews on Amazon are correct, assembly is fairly easy with 2 people after you watch the video they have up on youtube. A couple of notes:1. In my case I attempted to build the caster base first directly on a deck. I swore that things were uneven and that the holes weren't aligning (a complaint seen in other reviews). However, after purchasing a hacksaw intending to shave a bit off the end of the caster arm, I found a waist-high workbench area, and lo and behold everything fit great. Turns out that I just needed a good level spot and some better visibility into aligning the holes in the metal2. Be careful unpacking, while the metal seems like it will last a while, the way things are tightly packed it is easy to bend the ends of the side panels as you are pulling them out. I did, and luckily it was all re-aligned with a rubber mallet, but could have been avoided if I'd been more careful in advance.3. Overall we love the look (even though it's just started to weather). We have it on a tarp so that the rust/water doesn't stain the deck itself4. One of our planters fit perfectly into the caster base, but the other was a fraction of an inch tight (likely due to the warping I mentioned above). Just a little tap on a rubber mallet guided it in however, and everything seems very solid.I feel like the price was on the higher side for what you are getting, but the size and look was perfect for us (we bought two), with the casters as a nice bonus.

Quality product... Surprised at the sturdiness of this. We chose to get the casters. Wow. Super sturdy. Should last for years. We are letting ours patina naturally.

Amazing planter, so glad I invested in these. A little bit of assembly upfront, but then you've got a tank that will last a decade+. So happy I got the one with casters included. Once it's all loaded up, it's virtually unmovable, but with wheels (very discrete), it glides easily, whenever you change your mind.

This is a very nice container; however, it does have a design flaw. It doesn't secure at the top of each panel. My handyman added screws to the top of each panel. So, considering the cost. Would I buy it again? Probably not. But, the quality of materials seems very good.
