This is probably my third or fourth Tomzon product and every one has been surprisingly good for the price. The camera on this one rivals my hobby grade tiny whoops and while you cannot use it with drone goggles you can get pretty good range over a cell phone and the stock included controller. Very steady little quads and reliable considering their price.

I am using to help gain better use of my hands. So far, I crash really well.(lol)

The Tomzon P7 drone was a gift to my 10-year old great nephew - he's been begging for one, but his parents didn't want to invest big bucks into something he may or may not lose interest in.I wanted him to be able to go outside with it right out of the box, so charged it up for a good 8 hours before handing it over. The instructions were easy to read and follow. With assistance from Dad, the drone achieved lift-off right away and I could hear laughter and could tell they were having a good time - that is, until 20 minutes later the batteries died - the fun was grounded for a good 2 hours while we did a recharge.Pros: Very nicely packaged, sturdy, easy to set up and use, fun! Good learning tool, gets kids outside and off the computer.Con (and only 1): 20 minute flying time (and this is disclosed by the manufacturer in the description, I just need better comprehension skills).We did not install the app for photography, but specifications for the camera are 1080p, which is very decent and I expect the family will move on to that step once flying control is mastered. I give this P7 a solid recommendation for a first-time user.

Connecting the controller successfully to the drone isn't straight forward at all. Once it connects, it's not easy to fly either. Forget taking it outside as any slight breeze is more powerful than the drone.

Resolution is 480 x 480 at best, which makes it quite hard to see to fly by the video stream. But, for the price, it's not bad to learn on via line of site at least, and it takes crashes pretty good. Just don't like the false advertising of being 1080P resolution!

This drone is super ez to fly. The controls work well and it's really responsive. Its really durable too. We onle have one so we didnt get to fight with them. If only their bigger drones flew as well as this one they would be great. This is a really nice gift!

I received this today and was eager to play with it after work, long story short, crummy ideo play back, and poor controls. this is not worth your time.. FPV IS A JOKE!!!

I am not an experienced with drones. They are something I want to learn more about, but do not have the time to devote to become really serious. This drone was perfect for me. The first is the setup that had good instructions to get up and running. The next is the controls. I found it easy to understand and control. Finally, the battery life is decent for this range of drone.I recommend this for beginners, and it does the job for us newcomers without the frustrations.

Très bon drone qui vole et filme parfaitement. Honnêtement pour ce prix je ne pensais pas avoir un drone qui vol si bien et qui film 'en direct'.Mon fils (9 ans) adore !Plusieurs chutes déjà mais les protections font bien leur travail et le drone repart toujours sans soucis.

Les drones se démocratisent de plus en plus, et c'est à raison, car c'est une activité sympa, et ludique, que ce soit pour petits ou grands !J'ai pris ce modèle car nous avions déjà un mini drone d'intérieur, mais à force de cascades, il n'est plus très en forme...En premier lieu, au déballage de celui-ci, je le trouve très bien fini et d'apparence robuste. On sent que même si c'est un jouet, sa conception n'a pas été négligée !La première prise en main est très simple, et si vous avez déjà eu une manette en mains, vous ne serez pas dépaysé(e). On se familiarise vite avec les commandes, qui sont simples et demandent peu de gymnastique d'esprit.Dès le premier décollage, et pour un drone d'entrée de gamme, je le trouve très stable et précis dans ses commandes : il tient le stationnaire avec très peu de déviations, et les contrôles sont réactifs. Il est agréable à utiliser et parfaitement maitrisable en intérieur !Le niveau sonore est assez mesuré et même si vous l'utilisez en appartement, il y a assez peu de risques que ça dérange les voisins !Pour le vol en extérieur, c'est possible mais très limité : c'est normal, le drone est petit et très léger, et le moindre courant d'air le met donc en difficulté. Néanmoins, cela reste possible en absence de vent, même si il me parait tout de même plus adapté à une utilisation en intérieur.Au niveau de l'autonomie, c'est très correct, et même si les batteries ne tiennent pas exactement les 20 minutes annoncées (plutôt aux alentours de 15 mn), ça reste très correct compte-tenu de la taille du petit aéronef !Les hélices sont bien protégées (et un jeu d'avance est fourni, au cas ou...), et même en cas de chute ou de collision, elles restent donc intactes !Il dispose également d'un mode "combat", mais je n'ai pas pu l'essayer, car il est nécessaire de posséder deux drones identiques.Pour résumer, c'est un petit drone sympa, qui ravira toute la famille, et qui annonce de franches parties de rigolade ! Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Fonctionnait très bien le premier jour, je le rallume 1 semaine plus tard et plus moyen de le faire voler correctement. Une hélice ne tourne pas puis après elle tourne mais une autre ne fonctionne plus. La synchronisation une horreur. J’ai abandonné
